| 摘 要： | 介绍了克拉玛依石化分公司Ⅰ套蒸馏装置炼制新疆九区、红浅低硫高酸值稠油工艺设备和管道的腐蚀情况、腐蚀机理和采取的防腐措施。通过材质升级、完善“一脱三注”等措施,实现了装置“两年一修”的目标。

| Abstract: | The corrosion situation, corrosion mechanism and the adopted corrosion protection measure of process e-quipment and pipe for refining of Xinjiang Juqu Hongqian low sulphur high acid value heavy crude in the first set of distillation unit of Kelamayi petrochemical branch company were recommended. By means of going up one or more grades of material, perfecting the "one removal, three injection ", the unit target of " overhauling once per tow years "was realized. |
