摘    要:介绍了超滤工艺用于低渗透油田清水注水处理的设计参数、工艺特点与运行情况。实践表明,该工艺运行安全稳定,产水SS、总铁、微生物指标(硫酸盐还原菌、铁细菌、腐生菌)、pH满足《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329-94)的A1级标准,但后续需要采取除氧措施。针对试运行中存在的问题,分析了其原因并提出了解决措施。该工程总投资为74.84万元,运行费用为0.62元/m^3。

Abstract:The design parameters,characteristics and operation situations of an UF process for treatment of rinsing injection water in the low permeability oilfield are introduced.The practice indicates that the process operation is safe and stable,and the effluent SS,total iron,microbial indexes(SRB,FB and TGB) and pH meet the A1 level criteria specified in the Recommended Indexes on Injection Water Quality for Detrital Rock Oil Reservoirs and Analytical Methods(SY/T 5329-1994).However,the subsequent measures are nee...
