风电发展影响因素及节能减排效益分析

摘    要:从风电功率预测、低电压穿越能力以及我国的电价政策3方面分析了影响风电发展的因素,指出现阶段由于风电功率预测难、风电机组低电压穿越能力不足限制了风电的发展,而我国现阶段实行的风电标杆上网电价极大地促进了我国风电的发展。还研究了风电的经济效益和环境效益,结呆表明:从长远来发展来说,风电场的经济效益与环境效益都将优于传统火力发电,随着风力发电技术的成熟与发电规模的日益壮大,风电对火电置换的节能减排效益将日益显著。

An Analysis on Influencing Factors of Wind Power Development and Benefits of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

Abstract:This paper analyzes the factors affecting the development of wind power such as wind power prediction, voltage ride through capability and China's current tariff policy, pointing out that the current wind power development is constrained due to difficulties in the wind power prediction and insufficient capability of low voltage ride through, while the current benchmark price of wind power has greatly promoted the development of wind power. The paper also studies both the economic benefits and environmental benefits of wind power, suggesting that in the long run, the economic and environmental benefits of wind power will be much greater than the conventional coal-fired thermal power, and with maturing of the wind power technology and further expansion of wind power scales, its energy conservation and emission reduction benefits will be significantly increased.
