水解酸化-A2/O-MBR-BAC组合工艺处理焦化废水试验研究

摘    要:为解决焦化行业废水处理不达标的问题,试验研究了水解酸化-A2/O-膜生物反应器(MBR)-活性炭过滤(BAC)的组合工艺处理焦化废水的可行性。结果表明,进水NH3-N的质量浓度为88 mg/L左右时,出水NH3-N的质量浓度稳定在3 mg/L左右,组合工艺对NH3-N的去除率能达到96%。同时,进水CODCr的质量浓度在970mg/L左右,出水CODCr去除率能达到90%,出水满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准,该工艺对焦化废水有很好的处理效果。

Experimental research on coking wastewater treatment by hydrolysis acidification-A2/O-MBR-BAC combined process

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the quality of the effluent water from coking wastewater treatment process can't meet the discharge standard, the feasibility of hydrolysis acidification-A2/O-MBR-BAC combined process treating coking wastewater was studied through the test. The results showed that, when the mass concentration of NH3-N in the influent water was about 88 mg/L, the mass concentration of NH3-N in the effluent water kept a stable value of 3 mg/L, and the removal rate of NH3-N reached 96%. Meanwhile, when the influent COD~ mass concentration was about 970 mg/L, the removal rate of CODc~ could reach 90%, the effluent water quality met the specification for grade 1 in GB 8978--1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. It could be seen that, using the said technology to treat coking wastewater could get a satisfying effect.
