| 摘 要： | 通过对炼油厂储罐腐蚀失效形式的调查分析 ,得出局部腐蚀是导致储罐失效的主要原因。储罐局部腐蚀部位及程度与盛装介质和罐型有关 :油质越轻 ,腐蚀越重 ,且拱顶罐的腐蚀较浮顶或内浮顶罐严重。拱顶罐加装内浮顶和采用WA92 9系列涂料进行内部防护可有效延长储罐使用寿命

| Abstract: | It was found from the analysis and study of the corrosion failures of refinery storage tanks that the pitting corrosion was the major cause of the failure. The pitting corrosion location and extent depended upon the storage media and types of tanks: lighter the oil, the more severe the corrosion, and furthermore the dome-roof tanks suffered more severe corrosion than the floating-roof or internal floating-roof tanks. The installation of the internal floating roof in the dome-roof tanks and application of WA929 series coating for internal protection could effectively extend the life of the tanks. |
