| 摘 要： | 黄曲霉毒素(AFT)的急性毒性很强,是重要的致癌物质。本文用甲醇水溶液提取花生样品中的AFT,提取液经过过滤、稀释后,用免疫亲和柱净化,以甲醇洗脱,用高效液相色谱法直接测定。方法的回收率为87％～101％,RSD<4％。

| Abstract: | AFT is very poisonous and also an important cancer-aroused material. A method of determination of aflatoxin contents in peanuts by HPLC is proposed in this paper. The AFT in peanuts was extracted by methanol, after filtrated and diluted, the extracted solution was firstly purified in Immunoaffinity Columns, then derived in methanol, the AFT was determinated by FIPLC directly. The method is accurate and precise, with recovery tests of 87%-101%, and RSD<4%. |
