摘    要:为提高试验精度和自动化水平,开发了水泵综合特性测试软件系统。该系统采用上下位机的微机测试模式,通过传感器实时采集水泵各运行工况参数,并通过RS-232串口通信实现上下位机的数据传输。上位机可对采集数据进行实时图形化显示和分析处理,方便地获得水泵综合特性。重点讨论了该系统的基本构成、主要功能、上下位机串行通信实现方法及应用实例。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision and automatization of the characteristic test,the comprehensive characteristic testing software system of pump was researched and developed.The system adopts upper-lower computer test mode,and collects the pump characteristic parameters by using the sensors.Through serial communication of RS-232,the data are transferred from the lower computer to the upper computer.Not only the upper one can show it in the graphical interfaces and carry out data processing,but also the lower one can deal with the acquired data independently,then the comprehensive characteristic of pump can be obtained conveniently.This paper mainly describes its basic structure,main function,the technique to realize serial communication between lower and upper computer,and application cases.
