硼氮型改性蓖麻油润滑添加剂在菜籽油基础油和水中的摩擦学性能

摘    要:在蓖麻油(CO)中引入硼、氮,合成了新型润滑油添加剂——硼氮型改性蓖麻油添加剂,并利用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了鉴定。通过四球机考察了它在菜籽油和水中的抗磨性能与极压性能,结果表明:硼氮型改性蓖麻油添加剂具有明显的减摩、抗磨和极压性能。其润滑作用机理是由于长链蓖麻油分子的载体作用、硼的缺电子、氮的反应活性以及三者的协同作用在摩擦金属表面形成了一层高强度的吸附膜和/或磨擦化学反应膜。

Abstract:A type of new lubricant boron - nitrogen modified castor oil was synthesized and characterized by infrared spectrum. Their tribological properties in rapeseed oil and water were tested on the four ball tester. The results show that the boron - nitrogen type of modified castor oil as additive can obviously increase the load - carrying capacity, antiwear and friction - reducing a-bilities of rapeseed oil. Its lubrication mechanism is inferred that a high strength absorption film and/or tribochemistry reaction film on the rubbing surfaces due to the carrier effect of a long chair castor oil, high reaction activities of nitrogen, electronic deficient of boron and their synergisms.
