水性高分子—异氰酸酯胶粘剂的改性研究

摘    要:采用预聚体合成法,合成不同物质的量比的多异氰酸酯与蓖麻油预聚物,作为水性高分子-异氰酸酯胶粘剂(API)的交联剂。在实验室进行了耐水胶接试验,结果表明,以柞木为试验材,试件的湿剪切强度≥7MPa,超过了日本标准JIS K6806中关于结构集成材的要求,得到了一种适宜于硬木集成材生产的API胶粘剂。

Abstract:By prepolymerization,different prepolymers of PAPI and caster oil(CTO) are synthesized and used as crosslinker for water based polymer-isocyanate adhesive(API).Water-resistance adhesion experiment is carried out in laboratory.The result shows when the API is used for Quercus Mongolica wood,the wet strength come up to≥ 7 MPa and meet the demand of Japan standard JIS K6806.So an API suitable for hardwood glued lumber is obtained.
