| 摘 要： | 建立以需求侧技术和信息为主体的电力需求侧管理信息系统,是电力营销业务重组的重要内容。论述了需求侧管理信息系统的功能定位、应收集的数据资料、应具有的分析功能以及对一些难点问题的解决思路,提出一种新型的论坛模式信息系统开发的方法,有效克服目前开发过程中沟通、执行的障碍。

| Abstract: | To establish DSM information system based on demand side technology and information is an important part to re-organize power marketing business. The article discusses the function localization, collection of data, analysis function and solution for the difficult problems. This article proposes a new development method of forum mode information system, which can effectively overcome the barriers in communication and execution of current development process. |
