基于模糊自整定PID的置换蒸煮锅温差控制系统的设计

摘    要:置换蒸煮过程中蒸煮锅内温度控制是一个具有严重时滞性、时变性和非线性系统,且药液在蒸煮锅内循环时易产生温度梯度,为保证锅顶部和底部药液温度均匀一致,采用常规的温差-流量串级PID控制器难以取得满意的控制效果。通过对蒸煮药液循环加热后回流至蒸煮锅顶部和底部过程机理的分析,依据串级控制、模糊控制和PID控制的特点,将三者有机地结合起来提出一种模糊自整定PID串级控制系统,应用Matlab仿真比较表明,模糊自整定PID串级控制的动态响应曲线更好,超调量小,抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:The digester temperature control system has a character of serious delaying,time-varying and non-linear in the displacement cooking process.And it is easy to produce the temperature gradient in the cooking digester.In order to ensure that the liquid temperature keeps uniform between the top and bottom of digester,the conventional liquid-flow PID cascade control method is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effects.By analysis the circulation of cooking liquid returned to the top and bottom of digester,a method of PID-control with fuzzy self-adjusting parameter is proposed based on the cascade control,fuzzy control and PID control.It shows in the result of Matlab simulation that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller has good dynamic response curve,small overmodulation and strong capability of anti-disturbance.
