摘    要:阐述了3万8空分规模单轴悬臂多级离心压缩机的研制过程.以追求机组的整机效率,确定最佳气动设计方案为目标,从分析转子的临界转速和不平衡特性,优化定子和转子结构等全方面进行研发设计.机组经过现场一次性试车成功,开创了国产化先例.

Research on 38000 Air Seperation Single Shaft Overhung Multi-stage Compressor
Abstract:This paper has specified the reseacrch process of 38 000 air seperation single shaft overhung multi-stage compressor.Aiming at the overall efficiency of units,the design and research on comressor are carried out from the points of determinting best aerodynamic design scheme,analyzing the critical speed and unbalanced characteristics of rotor,optimizing stator and rotor structures and so on.After the successful test on site at the first time for the unit,it has created a domestic precedent.
