电网备自投稳控装置在电网中的研发应用

摘    要:针对由于电网网架薄弱、变电站进线电源满足不了电网N 1要求而引发的电网事故,结合电网的实际情况,从电网接线方式上分析了存在的安全隐患,在网架暂不能完善的前提下,提出了从二次来弥补的解决方案,在两所变电站都安装电网备自投稳控装置,两套电网备自投稳控装置通过光纤通信,通过对电网备自投稳控装置的研发分析了电网备自投和光纤通道的配置原理、需要的模拟量、运行方式的判别、启动、动作逻辑过程、电网过负荷联切、通信接口的要求。

Abstract:The power grid interconnection is still weak, the power source of the substation can not meet N 1 criteria, which has led to sever fault in the history. Based on the security risks analysis of current power grid topology, a solution is proposed to equip automatic transfer switching and security control devices in two substations with optical fiber communication between them before power grid could be enhanced. Furthermore, the principle and configuration, analog signal needed, operating status detection, pickup, automatic transfer switching logic and procedure, overload inter-trip logic, communication ports requirements of the device and its fiber optical communication channel are researched during the development of the device.
