伊利石/聚丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺高吸水复合材料的表征及释钾性能

摘    要:采用溶液聚合法首次合成伊利石/聚丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺高吸水复合材料。伊利石复合到高吸水材料中后,其K 与丙烯酸钠的Na 发生了置换反应,使该高吸水复合材料具有释钾功能,且材料可以在较高温度下使用。采用X射线衍射和红外光谱研究了复合材料的结构和释钾机理,扫描电镜分析表明伊利石与高分子复合效果良好。

Abstract:Illite is clay mineral which can absorb water.Illite/P(acrylic acid sodium-acrylamide) superabsorbent polymer(SAP)composite material was firstly prepared by solution polymerization and the absorbency largely exceeded the requirement of The National 863 Program and Ministry of Agriculture of People's Republic of China.K from illite and Na from acrylic acid sodium replaced each other when illite was complexed into superabsorbent polymer.So that the releasing kalium capacity of illite improves 20 times and the composite material can release kalium.As a kind of high water absorbency and excellent soil improvement material, it can be widely used in agriculture and irrigation works.This paper was studied the structure and releasing kalium mechanism of this material by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum analysis.Scan electron microscope illuminated illite and macromolecule compounded well.
