摘    要:渤海冰区油气田在开发工程中涉及到冰工程学的多方面技术问题。在吸收和借鉴国际冰工程科技成果的基础上,冰工程技术在辽东湾油气田开发工程中已经得到了广泛的应用和快速的发展。本文主要介绍渤海油气田在开发工程中对海冰调查和冰情监测技术的应用,对海冰与冰区结构物相互作用引起的冰荷载研究成果的应用以及渤海油气田冬季生产危险冰情预警和海冰管理方法。 海冰设计标准是决定冰区油气田开发工程的关键因素之一,并且成为渤海冰区边际油气田开发工程中的一个关系重大问题。本文提出一个基于全概率方法合理选择海冰设计标准的新思路,为海洋工程结构设计向可靠度设计过渡和发展提供了重要的基础。

Abstract:The development engineering for oil fields in ice area of Bohai Sea involves many problems of ice engineering.On the basis of incorporating and introducing the international achievements in ice engineering technology, the ice engineering technology has been applied widely to the development engineering of oil and gas fields in Liaodong Bay and has been improved quickly. This paper describes mainly the applications of sea ice investigation and monitoring techniques, study results of ice load resulted from interaction of sea ice and structures, and dangerous ice forecast and ice management method for winter production of the oil field in Bohai Sea.The design criteria of sea-ice is one of the important factors in development engineering of the fields in ice area and becomes a major issue in development engineering of marginal fields in ice area of Bohai Sea. The paper presents the new concept to choose design criteria of sea-ice reasonably by full probability method, which provides the significant foundation for transiting and approaching from structure design of offshore engineering to reliability design.
