摘    要:为了防止突然断电时造成数据错误,增量式光电轴角编码器通常采用零位光栅提供绝对零位信号。在对零位脉冲产生原理进行研究的基础上,建立其数学模型,并结合实际应用中的一些客观要求,采用阀值法通过VB语言进行可视化编程与模拟,计算出最佳零位刻线序列。该种方法和传统穷举法相比具有运算量小、编程复杂程度低等优点,同时又能保证得到的零位光栅具有最大光通量和对比度高的特点,满足了增量式光电轴角编码器对零位光栅设计的需要。

Abstract:Incremental optical electric axial angle encoder usually adopts zero position grating providing absolute zero position in order to prevent from data fault during electricity failure suddenly.Based on theory of generating index pulse,a mathematics model is established.Combining with some objective requirements in the practical applications,the optimal zero position reticle series are obtained and their images are simulated by using VB language to program with threshold method.The method of generating zero position grating has many advantages such as reducing operation quantity,degree of programming complexity comparing with enumerating method,and the method also ensures that the design has the properties of maximum luminous flux and high contrast which fulfills the demands of incremental photoelectric encoder for zero position grating.
