CSP轧机垂振对水平振动影响仿真研究

摘    要:CSP轧机振动问题是世界范围内轧制领域的重大难题之一。使用快速反应遥测系统对轧机进行了振动综合测试,捕捉到了振动的特征及规律。利用ANSYS的谐响应分析模块及瞬态分析模块对轧机进行了仿真研究,确定了垂振对水平振动的影响,得出了有益的结论。

Abstract:CSP rolling mills vibration problem is one of the worldwide difficult problems in rolling fields. In this article,using the acceleration telemetry system,an integrated test to the mill vibration was taken,and the characteristics and rules of the mill vibration are gained. Using the harmonic analysis module and the transient response analysis module of the ANSYS software,a simulation study to the mill vibration are carried out,the vertical vibration on the impact of the horizontal vibration are determined and useful conclusions are obtained.
