基于AMESim的液压柱塞泵的数字建模与流量脉动分析

摘    要:利用AMESim仿真软件对恒压力轴向柱塞泵进行了建模与仿真。建立了轴向柱塞泵的运动方程、流量方程和仿真模型,在柱塞腔内设计了蓄能器,着重对在柱塞腔内有蓄能器和无蓄能器两种模型进行了相应的仿真对比分析。结果表明在柱塞腔内增设蓄能器后,流量脉动得到降低。

Abstract:A hydraulic system simulation model of constant press axial piston pump was established in AMESim.Movement function,flux function and simulation model of axial pump were created.An accumulator was designed into piston pump hole。 The analysis emphasis was simulation analysis to the two kinds of hydraulic system model,one of which has accumulators.To compare the result of simulation,it can be found that the flow pulsation of the amplitude may be reduced to certain extent after setting accumulators.
