摘    要:SPYRO软件可用来优化乙烯装置裂解炉原料,也可优化裂解炉运行参数。以效益最大化为原则进行优化,要先建立价格体系,将乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯等产品模拟至市场价格,中间产品通过建立数学模型进行计算。价格体系建立后,对裂解炉炉管出口温度、稀释蒸汽比进行优化,以得到最佳操作点。

Abstract:SPYRO software may be used to optimize the feedstock to cracking furnace in ethylene plant and optimize its ope-ration parameters.Taking benefit maximization as the principle,a price system should be set up first to simulate the market price of products including ethylene,propylene and butadiene,and a mathematical model should be established for the computation of intermediate products.Then optimum operating points can be obtained by optimizing the outlet temperature and dilution steam ratio of cracking furnace.
