| 摘 要： | 饮食文化具有强大的超越国界的包容性，中国饮食文化也影响了西方人的饮食生活。西方日常食俗是西方饮食文化的重要组成部分，当前，西方日常饮食中积极吸收了一些来自中国的饮食品种，同时，一些中国的饮食器具逐步被西方人所接受和使用，丰富和方便了西方人的饮食生活。

| Abstract: | Chinese food culture has great influence on the westerners’ diet,which goes beyond national boundaries.As an important part of western food culture,western diet custom has gradually accepted some kinds of Chinese food as well as cooking utensils,which makes westerners’ daily life richer and more convenient. |
