摘    要:本文介绍了采用光连续波反射法(OCWR)技术的光回波损耗测试仪的校准内容和校准方法。校准内容包括内部光源的校准、光功率计的校准、回波损耗校准件的校准、回波损耗测量准确度的校准等诸多方面,着重介绍了校准回波损耗测量准确度的校准方法-光回波损耗无源模拟法和有源模拟法,并介绍了无源模拟法和有源模拟法所使用的标准仪器和计算公式以及不确定度评定。经对多台光回波损耗测试仪的校准,表明本校准方法准确可行,满足了客户的需求。

Abstract:Optical return-loss is an important specification for optical devices,the measurement of optical return-loss is by optical return-loss meter,but there is no verification regulation or calibration specification released now.The calibration items and methods is introduced in this paper,the items including the calibration of inner optical source,optical power meter,the calibrator of optical return-loss,the accuracy of optical return loss measurement etc.the introduction of calibration methods for return-loss measurement accuracy is emphasized,the optical return-loss passive simulation and the optical return-loss active simulation,and the standard instruments used to calibrate the optical return-loss for both methods and the calculation formulas and evaluation of uncertainty is introduced too.By the calibration of hundreds of optical return-loss meter proved that the methods are accurate and feasible,meets the demands of our customers.
