ICP-AES-标准加入法测定铝合金中痕量钠

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱-标准加入法(ICP-AES-标准加入法)探讨铝合金中痕量钠的测定.以盐酸、过氧化氢溶解试料,优化全谱型ICP-AES分析条件,标准加入法测定铝合金中痕量钠,检出限为0.028 μg/mL(588.995 nm).用该方法测定铝合金中0.00014%~0.00073%钠含量,加标回收率在92%~110%之间,连续测定5个结果的相对标准偏差小于0.25%.

Abstract:A method was studied for the determination of trace sodium content in aluminum alloy by ICP - AES. By using hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide 30% to dissolve samples, trace sodium content in the aluminum alloy were determined according to the optimum condition of ICP - AES. the detection limit were 0. 028 μg/mL(588. 995nm). The results of trace sodium content were between 0. 00014% - 0. 00073%. The relative standard deviations of five samples was less than 0. 25%.
