摘    要:本文分析了膨润土在球团中的存在方式,讨论了生球水分、生球气孔率、干球气孔率与生球爆裂温度的关系,并根据这些关系解释了膨润土和有机粘结剂对生球爆裂温度的作用规律。

Abstract:The existence mode of bentonite in the pellets was analyzed,the relationship between the green ball moisture,the green ball porosity,the dry ball porosity and the greenball shock temperature was discussed,and based on the relationship obtained,the mechanism of the effect of bentonite and organic binder on the shock temperature of green balls was explained in this paper.
