| 摘 要： | 文章对造成除尘风机异常振动的有关因素进行了分析。通过利用声振测试技术及分析技术、测温技术诊断除尘风机的异常振动。采取提高风机叶轮动平衡水平、风机联轴器较直水平消除异常振动。保证了除尘风机的稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The factors resulted in the abnormal vibration of dust blower are an alyzed.By using the sound vibration test technique,analysis technique,temper ature test technique,the abnormal vibration of dust blower is diagnosed,and it can be eliminated by raising the dynamic balance level of impeller and straight ening level of coupling for blower,thus ensuring the stability of its running. |
