基于LabVIEW的车辆冲击试验台测控系统设计

摘    要:对应用于铁道机车车辆缓冲器及车体进行冲击试验的试验台测控系统进行了研究;基于LabVIEW技术,设计了车辆及其缓冲器冲击试验台的测控系统;对测控系统构成及原理进行了介绍,并描述了电机控制系统和软件功能;借助于计算机多功能接口卡,由计算机完成冲击试验台的轨道角度以及车辆的锁闭和释放控制,通过不同轨道角度的控制实现对不同的车辆冲击速度的控制,并可完成对车钩、缓冲器及车辆冲击应力的测试;最后进行的试验表明试验台达到了设计要求.

Abstract:The control and measurement system used in bumping test rig for bumper and car-body of railway vehicle is researched. Based on LabView technique, the control and measurement system of vehicle bumping test rig is designed. The structure and principle of system are described in detail. The motor control system and software function also are presented. With the aid of muhifunction Interface card, computer controls the angle of rail, the locking and release of vehicle, so variant vehicle bumping speed are obtained. The bumping stress of coupling and vehicle can be measured in the rig. The test results show that the rig has good performances.
