| 摘 要： | 分析了切丝机切丝过程中产生“宽度不合格烟丝”的原因。改进后切丝机在减速机构和输送链机构之间设置了可实时控制的离合器,通过采用离合器及其控制技术,可以有效地消除“宽度不合格烟丝”,提高了烟丝质量。

| Abstract: | The reasons causing the fluctuation of cut width in a tobacco cutter were analyzed.A fast(response) controlled clutch was set between the reduction gear and conveying chain.The width fluctuation of cut tobacco was reduced effectively and the quality of cut tobacco was improved. |
