| 摘 要： | 探讨重定量工艺在纺纱生产中的应用.分析了新型梳棉机、精梳机、细纱机的纺纱性能,根据设备特点在梳棉、条卷、粗纱工序进行了重定量工艺试验研究,对定量增加前后工艺参数配置进行分析,并测试对比了半成品、成品质量指标.结果表明:粗纱定量为6.5g/10 m时,成纱质量最好.

| Abstract: | To discuss the application of heavy weight per unit in spinning production, spinning property of new type carding machine, comber and spinning frame were analyzed. According to the equipment speciality, heavy weight per unit processing of carding, drawing and lapping, roving process were tested. Through analyzing processing parameters, comparing quality index of semi-finished good and product, the result shows that yarn quality is the best when roving weight per 10 m is 6.5. |
