压铸车间远程监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:结合车间设备管理一体化的功能要求,介绍了基于Controller Link总线技术的压铸车间远程监控系统,包括系统的组成、通信以及远程监控终端的软硬件实现.在构建的网络中,车间设备及远程控制端都作为Controller Link网络中的节点.使用欧姆龙的PCI板卡实现PLC与上位机通信的硬件结构,实现数据的高速传输.远程监控终端使用组态网开发监控软件,实现了对压铸车间生产过程的远程监控和管理.

Abstract:Design and development of the remote monitoring and controlling system for die casting workshop based on controller link bus technique with the requirements for integrative management of die casting workshop have been described including the system structure,communication and the implementation of software and hardware for remote monitoring terminal.All the machines in the workshop and the remote monitoring terminal are taken as the nodes in the controller link system.Based on the communication capability of the system,an Omeron PCI board was used as hardware structure for communicating PLC with master machines to realize the high speed exchange of data.The Kingview software was used in the terminal to realize the remote monitoring and management for die casting workshop.
