摘    要:处于同一供应链中的制造商与供应商之间存在密切的合作,但在合作的过程中会发生一些冲突与争执,需要谈判来加以解决.分析了它们之间谈判的特点,使用了一种计算机支持的合作谈判方法来支持它们之间的谈判.即获取谈判各方关于所谈判事物的偏好函数,求出使谈判各方取得最大效用的解,建议给谈判者.谈判者在建议的解的基础上进行谈判,可以加速达成一致的过程.最后给出了这种方法支持下制造商与供应商谈判的实例.

Abstract:A manufacturer and its suppliers within a supply chain cooperate closely, but conflicts or disputes occur between them sometimes and need to be solved through negotiations. The features of the negotiations were analyzed and a computer-aided collaborative negotiation methodology was used to facilitate the negotiations. The preference fimctions of the negotiators on the negotiated issues were obtained and the settlement points that maximize the sum of utilities of the negotiators were suggested to them. Based on the suggestion, they can reach a better agreement through a faster procedure. An example of the negotiation between a manufacturer and its supplier was given to illustrate the method.
