| 摘 要： | 在分析各种施工项目成本预测方法优缺点的基础上,结合施工项目成本的特点,建立了利用工程造价指数修正的指数平滑成本预测模型,并将其与灰色预测模型相结合,提出了最优化成本组合预测模型.

| Abstract: | The cost prediction model of exponential smoothing based on the adjoin degree is established, which is amended by construction cost indices and in which the smoothness index is the adjoin degree disposed normalizedly , and the model above is integrated with the grey prediction model , on the basis of the analysis about the relative merits of different kinds of methods of project cost prediction and in combination with the speciality of project cost, then the cost prediction model of optimization combination is put forward. |
