摘    要:对焦炉生产中的熄焦过程进行了分析,指出了原熄焦系统由于采用小水流喷洒方式熄焦而使熄焦水分偏高,提出了一种新型熄焦方式高压喷雾嘴喷洒熄焦,分析了其工作原理及相关问题,并付诸实施。降低了焦炭水分,取得了明显经济效益。

Abstract:The coke quenching process in the coking plant is analyzed. The problems of the existing quenching system have been pointed out, i.e. small stream spray causes high moisture content in the coke. A new wet coke quenching method is elaborated, i.e. to use high pressure nozzle. The working principles and relative problems are analyzed, the new process has been put into practice and the moisture of coke is thus decreased. Therefore, obvious economic benefits have been achieved.
