摘    要:焙烧强度对分子筛超稳化反应至关重要,探讨如何优化分子筛焙烧条件,提高焙烧强度,通过不断摸索,最终找到炉温控制和改善转筒黏料的方法,达到超稳化温度要求,分子筛质量合格率有了较大幅度的提高。

Abstract:Roasting intensity ultrastabilization response is vital to molecular sieve, this paper on how to optimize the molecular sieve calcination conditions, improve the strength of roasting, through continuous exploration, finally found the temperature control and improvement method of drum stick material, reach ultrastabilization temperature requirements, molecular sieve quality rate had been greatly improved.
