摘    要:氮氧化物(NO_x)在工业生产和科学研究中具有重要的应用。通过多通道快速质谱碎片扣除的方法来测定气体中氮氧化物的含量,旨在实现在线多通道同时快速准确分析一氧化氮(NO)和二氧化氮(NO_2)。方法的稳定性较好,一氧化氮和二氧化氮的稳定性相对标准偏差分别小于1.07%和1.23%。该方法具有快速分析的特点,30s内完成流路切换、进样和样气平衡到检测报告样气组分的全部过程。该方法已分别用于单通道和多通道切换检测氮氧化物含量,所得结果准确。结果表明,多通道质谱干扰离子扣除法可以成功地应用于气体中NO_x含量的快速多点动态监测。

Abstract:Nitrogen oxides(NOx) plays a very important role in the industrial applications and scientific research.To meet the requirements of multi-channel on-line analysis of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide simultaneously,a fast analysis method based on fragment ion subtraction with on-line mass spectrometry for determination of nitrogen oxides in gases was evaluated.The relative standard deviation of the stablility was less than 1.07% for nitric oxide and 1.23% for nitrogen dioxide,respectively.The analysis including stream switching,sample introduction and settling time can be finished within 30 seconds per sample.The developed method was validated for the analysis of NOx based on a single and multi-channel sampling system.The results confirmed that this rapid,feasible,multi-point dynamic monitoring technique can be suitable for the analysis of NOx in gases in the various areas.
