摘    要:对硫化态钴钼耐硫变换催化剂和采用特殊钝化技术制备的预硫化耐硫变换催化剂在大气中的变化进行研究。考察了与空气接触时间和温度对其催化性能的影响以及模拟工业装填条件下床层温升。结果表明,硫化态钴钼耐硫变换催化剂必须进行氮气条件下包装、运输和装填,而采用特殊钝化技术制备的预硫化耐硫变换催化剂无需氮气保护。

Abstract:The changes of the sulfurized Co-Mo sulfur tolerant shift catalyst and presulfurization sulfur tolerant shift catalyst prepared by special passivation treatment technology in atmosphere were studied.The effect of contact time and temperature with air on the catalytic performance and bed temperature rise of simulating industrial loading conditions were investigated.The experimental results show that the sulfurized Co-Mo sulfur tolerant shift catalyst must be packed,transported and filled under nitrogen conditions while nitrogen protection was not needed for the presulfurization sulfur tolerant shift catalyst prepared by special passivation treatment technology.
