核心期刊与科研绩效评价

核心期刊已被广泛应用于科研绩效评价，但其作为科研绩效评价工具还有一定的局限性，客观上存在着参考性、滞后性、或然性、偏差性。因此，应以客观审慎的态度对待核心期刊，改进测评核心期刊的方法，完善各类期刊数据库，对核心期刊进行适当分级，以建立更科学的科研绩效评价体系。

On the Key Journals and the Assessment of Scientific Research Achievements

The key joumals have been widely used to assess the scientific research achievements. As an assessment tool, there are same limitations like reference, lagging behind, probability and deviation. Thus, we should take an objective and cautious attitude toward the key journals, improve the methods of assessing them, perfect the database of joumals of all kinds and properly rate the key joumals, so as to build a mors scientific assessment system of scientific research achievement.
