| 摘 要： | 工程投资控制是工程管理的主要目标之一。保证投资管理目标的实现，是工程项目管理的中心任务。引细入汤工程是隧洞引水工程，其中输水隧洞为15．3km，8个支洞总长2850m，共计18．1km。为有效控制投资，引细入汤工程的项目法人单位——引细入汤工程办公室结合工程实际在设计时期、施工准备期、施工期采取了一些有力措施，对投资进行了有效控制。

| Abstract: | The control of project investment is the main purpose of project management. The realization of the investment managemem is the main task of project management Diverting Water from Xihe to Tanghe is the channel diversion works, among which transport water channel 15.3 km, construction channel 2 850 m, all together 18.1 km. To control the investment efficiently, the corporation of this project Diverting Water from Xihe to Tanghe office efficiently controls the investment by taking powerful measures from the time it i designed till it finished. |
