| 摘 要： | 钢质管道3PE防腐结构以其优越的防腐性能和良好的加工工艺性，被广泛应用于石油天然气管道建设中。钢管的表面处理质量和聚乙烯类材料的熔体行为直接影响着防腐层的使用寿命。从聚乙烯材料的结构和钢管的表面处理质量方面，对影响钢质管道3PE防腐层性能的因素进行了分析。

| Abstract: | PE anti-corrosion coat of steel pipeline was widely applied into petroleum and natural gas pipeline construction for its superiority of anti-corrosion properties and good procedure.The coating service life was directly affected by the surface quality disposed of steel pipe and polyethylene merging.The elements affecting 3PE-coating properties are analyzed in the way of polyethylene structure and surface quality disposed of steel pipe. |
