摘    要:本文简明分析了焊接钢管在焊缝及热影响区焊接残余应力产生的原因、分布状态及其对钢管承压能力的有害影响。提出了通过施加内压(水压)的方式来改善残余应力分布状态,提高钢管承压能力的方法;指出了改善残余应力分布的一些工艺因素,并对其机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:In this paper, a concise analysis is on the welded pipe for the cause to form welding residual stress, the residual distribution and the harmful effect on the pipe's strength in the weld seam hot-affectd zone. A method is proposed to increase the pipe's bearing capacity which involves exerting a hydraulic pressure on the inside surface of thepipe. Additionally, some technological requirements constributing improvement in distribution of welding residual stress are discussed in this paper.
