| 摘 要： | 400 ℃下的石墨不能有效地冷却热气溶胶,且抗氧化失重性能差.采用sol-gel法在石墨表面制备了Al2O3/SiO2复合涂层,探讨了Al2O3粉末对涂层抗氧化性能的影响,研究了涂层的组成、结构形貌及抗氧化性能.结果表明:sol-gel法制备的Al2O3/SiO2复合抗氧化涂层除了少量的微孔外,比较致密完整,涂层主要由无定形的SiO2和Al2O3晶体组成;涂层700℃氧化40 min后失重为1.866%(质量分数),800℃氧化30 min后失重为2.750%(质量分数);Al2O3/SiO2复合溶胶中加入适量的Al2O3粉末能有效提高涂层的抗氧化性能.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the oxidation resistance of graphite at high temperature, Al2O3/SiO2 composite coating was pre-pared on the surface of graphite by sol-gel method. The composi-tion , morphology and oxidation resistant performance of the compos-ite coating were analyzed. And the effect of Al2O3 powders on the antioxidation behavior of the composite coating was investigated based on isothermal oxidation experiment.
