摘    要:研究了消除LC5 2热处理时效强化铝合金焊接残余应力的工艺 ,分析对比了热时效、振动时效 (VSR)和超声波时效三种不同消除铝合金焊接残余应力工艺的优缺点 ,指出合理的振动时效工艺是消除热处理时效强化类铝合金焊接残余应力的一种较理想的方法。利用ZSX - 0 5振动时效设备对铝合金结构件 (管箱体 )进行处理 ,可以明显降低和均匀化焊接残余应力 ,降低率可以达到 4 0 %以上

Abstract:The processes for eliminating the welding residual stress of LC52 Al alloy were researched. The characteristics of three kinds of different processes for eliminating the welding residual stress of Al alloys, including heat-aging, VSR and ultrasonic aging, were analyzed and compared. The results show that a reasonable VSR process can eliminate effectively the welding residual stress of heat-treating aging-hardened Al alloys. The welding residual stress of Al alloy structural parts were obviously reduced and homogenized using zsx-05 VSR device, the reducing rate was above 40%.
