磺化硅胶催化合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮

摘    要:以磺化硅胶为催化剂,以环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,考察了催化剂的用量、原料配比和回流时间对反应的影响.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为,n(环己酮)=0.05mol,n(酮):n(醇)=1:1.3,V(带水剂)=8.0mL,反应时间t=2h,m(催化剂):0.3g(环已酮质量的6%),缩酮收率达93.0%.该催化剂制备简单,催化活性高,后处理简便,符合绿色环保催化剂的发展趋势.

Abstract:Silicasulfuric acid (SSA) was used as the catalyst for synthesis of Cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene ketal from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol. The effect of catalyst dosage, molar ratio and reflux time to reaction were investigated. The yield of Cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene ketal reaches 93.0% under the optimal reaction condition as follows: Cyelohexanone 0.05 tool, Cyclohexanone to 1,2-propylene glycol molar ratio is 1:1.3, catalyst dosage is 6%(0.3g) of the mass of Cyclohexanone, reaction time is 2 h. The catalyst preparation is simple and high catalytic activity, post-processing is simple, in line with the development trend of green catalysts.
