PBO纤维的合成、纺制、微相结构与性能研究进展

摘    要:PBO(聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑)纤维是新一代超高性能纤维,文中对PBO纤维研制开发中关于合成、纺制、微相结构与性能方面的研究作一较详细的概述。特别阐述了其结构与性能关系研究的一些最新成果。

Abstract:PBO(poly-p-phenylene-benzobisoxazole) fiber is a new kind of fiber with a lot of super performances in such properties as tensile strength, modulus, flame and chemical resistance, high-temperature abrasion resistance and its applications include many fields especially in high-performance fiber composites and comfortable protective garments. In this review based on some recent studies synthesis routs, methods and key factors of PBO polymer were first discussed. Then the general spinning procedures and microstructure of PBO fiber were surveyed, and especially the relationships between spinning procedures and fiber microstructure and fiber properties from the latest articles were expounded.
