实用型亚像元定位方法的研究

摘    要:针对重复曝光离线对准系统,提出一种实用型亚像元定位方法--自适应加权拟合细分算法(AWS),详细分析了算法的理论基础和基本原理,利用投影平均来提高信噪比,一维尺寸对比度滤波器单调分区,自动加权突龉丶?重建拟合曲线.仿真和硬件平台实验均表明:该算法具有较高的重复定位精度和实时处理能力.

Abstract:According to repeating exposal off|line level system, an applied arithmetic of sub|pixel orientation is put forward in this article, named as adaptive weighted simulated (AWS). Its basic ultimatum and theory are particularly introduced. It uses projection average to increase %SNR%, uses 1|D shape size filter to plot out monotone field. It weights automatically to extrude the key dots, to rebuild simulation curve at last. Simulation and hardware experiments show that its setting accuracy is higher and it can deal with image quickly in real|time. ;
