先进制造战略下的工艺管理系统的研究与实现

工艺设计一直是制造业发展的重点和难点，在市场快速更变的同时，传统制造业受到先进制造技术的冲击，工艺设计在企业大力推行先进制造战略过程中的难度大大增加。本文是在先进制造战略的环境下考虑工艺设计与企业信息的集成和优化，研究并开发了一套工艺管理系统。本系统是从CAD中读取零件工程图纸信息和ERP中读取BOM表，在产品零件信息基础上设计工艺，为车间作业计划与调度监控系统（CAPPS）提供作业计划所需要的工艺信息和设备信息，实现了CAD、CAPP和CAPPS的集成。

Study on Management System of Process Based on Strategy of Advanced Manufacture

The process design is very important and difficult in the development of manufacturing. When the market is changing rapidly,traditional manufacturing is impacting by Advanced Manufacture Technology (AMT),the process design is becoming more and more difficult in the process of implement of advanced manufacture strategy in the enterprises. This paper considers the process design and the integration of the enterprise information based on strategy of advanced manufacture,and establishes a management system of process. The system obtains drawing information of parts from CAD and BOM from ERP,design process based on the information of products and parts,provides information of process and equipments needed in the Computer-Aided Production Planning Scheduling (CAPPS),and achieves the integration of CAD,CAPP and CAPPS.
