| Abstract: | The application of CIMS in flow type of industrial enterprises is still on its initial stage. Based on the practice of developing CIMS in Urumqi Petrochemical Company, the authors illustrates the characteristics of CIMS in flow industrial enterprises, the model of CIMS projects and its application in the field of material supply, manufacturing management and so on. By analyzing the problems and summarizing the successful experiences during the implementation of CIMS, the method of its improvement in the future is offered. |
