压裂钻具与水力泵排液联作工艺的研究与应用

摘    要:长庆油田在2003年成功应用水力泵排液工艺的基础上,2004年进行了压裂钻具与水力泵排液联作工艺试验,利用水力泵排液强度大、成本低的特点与压裂钻具联作后,实现了低渗、低压油层压裂后及时、连续、快速排液,减少压裂液对油层的浸泡。该工艺在姬塬油田的黄01-5井试验获得成功并取得良好效果,压后排液53h,产油量达26.07m3/d。

Abstract:On the base of application of hydraulic flowing back technology in Changqing oilfield in 2003, test of combination technology of fracture drill stem and hydraulic flowing back was conducted in 2004. Utilizing the feature of big out volume of hydraulic pump,low cost and combing fracture drill stem,flow back after fracture in time,continuous and quick in low percolation and low pressure oil-bearing kyer has been completed to decrease marinating from fracture fluid. This technology is succeeded and gained a good effect in test of Huang01-5 well in Jiyuan oilfield. Flo wing back is 53 hours after fracture and production volume reaches 26.07 m3/d.
