| 摘 要： | 目的]测定阿维菌素对异色瓢虫不同发育阶段影响,明确对天敌异色瓢虫的毒力,为其安全性评价及科学使用提供依据.结果]阿维菌素对异色瓢虫不同虫态均有毒杀作用,但敏感性有差异,对幼虫具有明显的抑制作用,阻碍蛹到成虫的变态,影响成虫的存活,对成虫毒性最低,处理24 h后的LC50值为14.69 mg/L.结论]阿维菌素对异色瓢虫具有活性,在田间使用该杀虫剂时,要避开异色瓢虫敏感期.

| Abstract: | Aims] The study was to determine the effects of avermectin on the ladybird Harmonia axyridis and determine its toxicity in order to provide theoretical basis for the safety evaluation and rational use of avermectin.Results] Avermectin had toxicity to different development stages of Harmonia axyridis,but the sensitivity was different.It had an obvious inhibitory effect on the larvae of ladybird,blocked the larval-pupal metamorphosis and affected the survival of the adults.And it had the lowest toxicity to ... |
