| 摘 要： | 目的]1-(3,4-二甲氧苯基)-2-乙基丁-2-炔基醚是一种有手性结构、含炔基增效剂,潜在应用范围广泛.方法]以邻苯二酚为原料,经甲基化、乙酰化、催化还原、与丙炔醇缩合,制成端炔格氏试剂,再与碘甲烷偶联制得增效炔醚.结果]其结构经红外光谱、核磁、质谱和元素分析确证.首次将其与灭蚕蝇1号复配用于柞蚕寄生蝇防治,结果表明其毒性低,可提高防效50％以上.结论]增效炔醚增效作用显著,其合成成本低、收率高,具有市场开发意义. |
