经管类应用型人才培养体系中毕业论文质量控制研究

毕业论文是大多数本科生第一次独立综合运用知识,提炼观点,组合成文字和图像等表达对现象和事物的认知过程。如何培养本科生高效掌握专业论文写作技能,成为亟待解决的问题。如何构建毕业论文质量控制体系作为外部激励手段激发学生潜在的主观能动性和创造性,提高毕业论文质量成为关键。因此,根据毕业论文影响质量的因素,与应用型本科院校的毕业论文教学特点相结合,从制度控制、技术控制、计划控制和评价控制等角度构建毕业论文质量控制体系,对毕业论文质量实施有效监督、检查、指导和评价,不断提高人才培养质量。

A Study on the Graduation Thesis Quality Control of Application-oriented Undergraduate of Economy and Management

Undergraduate thesis writing is the first time for most undergraduates to apply knowledge independently and comprehensively to refine their views in the cognition of phenomenons. So it is a key issue how to cultivate undergraduates＇ writing skills and to build the graduation thesis quality control system as an external incentives to inspire students＇ subjective initiative and creative potential so as to improve the quality of graduation thesis. It is proposed that the quality control system of graduation thesis should be established by institutional,technological,planning and assessment control,according to the factors affecting the quality of graduation thesis in combination with the features of graduation thesis of application-oriented college and university.
