镀镍漂洗水反渗透回收液中杂质的处理方法

摘    要:研究了镀镍漂洗水反渗透回收液中杂质的处理方法。对有机杂质的处理是回收液能否回用的关键。用过硫酸钠氧化有机物,并用活性炭吸附,能够有效地去除回收液中的有机杂质。Fe2+杂质被氧化成Fe3+离子,Fe3+离子水解生成氢氧化铁沉淀。用硫化钾沉淀法去除回收液中的铜杂质。用络合剂掩蔽锌杂质,消除其对镀液的影响。生产实践表明,用这些方法处理后,将反渗透回收液补加到镀镍槽中,对镀液的性能没有不良影响。

Abstract:Impurities treatment methods for reverse osmosis recovery solution of nickel plating rinsing water were studied.Organic impurities treatment is a key technology for reuse of the recovery solution.Oxidizing the organics with sodium persulfate and absorbing them with active carbon can effectively remove the organic impurities from the recovery solution.Fe2+ impurity could be oxidized to Fe3+ ions,and then Fe3+ ions could be hydrolyzed to produce ironic hydroxide.Copper impurity could be precipitated with pota...
